Drop a new NPFBomsample.xlsx at the repo root and run npm run import. The importer drops and recreates all tables — safe to re-run.
For variance cost-of-loss in OMR, set cost_per_unit on the relevant rows in item. Only RM/SFG/CONS items carry a cost.
